Our custom wood word signs are anywhere from 6" to 48" inches wide, not tall, and are sturdy yet light. Individual letter's/Words maximum width is 18". This sign is designed, cut, and made to order. All items are fully customizable up to the listed measurements of 6" to 48". The 48" sign has a 3-word Minimum, Single-word signs have a one-word max of 18". If you are ordering a phrase, the natural spaces between words are included in the overall length of the total signage. The sign size is measured by width. Measurements for the word or phrase, start from the left of the first letter to the right end of the last letter of a word or phrase, 18" max. We DO NOT measure by height. Word height is dependent on the length, amount of letters, and font style you choose. If you choose a phrase for your width, the phrase will be adjusted to fit within the width parameters that you have selected. For Example, too many letters on a smaller width sign may look like a jumbled mess. FYI. We reserve the right to make any necessary modifications to the font. Examples would be thickening the font or connecting a letter that isn't connected.
